Subject:V5 + Rotosphere (White noise)

I'm facing a problem using my Voce V5 with a Rotosphere. I have to
turn the output level of the Rotosphere in a really low level to
avoid a boring white noise. On the other hand, since the volume of
the V5 has to be high, the light of tub sat of the pedal keeps on
blinking.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Does the V5 have a low output?
