The CX3 has a very low output, so it does not put enough juice into
the SE to get bags of distortion (my unit is the classic). My M102
will start to O/D with the SE dial at about 11 O clock, where as the
CX3 needs the SE dial flat out and the CX3 volume on max to get any
degree of O/D. The solution to place a footpedal or EQ unit in
between the CX3 and the SE to boost the signal from the CX3.
