When I played cold, outdoor shows, (Being from San Diego anything below 65
degrees was considered "Freezing") I had a hair dryer pumped into a piece of
PVC pipe with holes drilled about an inch apart set above the keys. Kept the
fingers toasty and nimble. Could also just hold my hands under it when not
