There is usually one selling or recently been sold on Ebay. Search under "Motion Sound" (not specifically the RS-147) and then look under "completed items" if you don't see one currently being sold.

I'm getting a Motion-Sound RS-147 shipped to the UK and I wondered if
any-one had a picture of this rotary device on their PC that they
could email to me. I thought it might be useful if a printout was
stuck onto the package for the curious eyes of customs. I'd need it
over this weekend.
