Subject:RE: midi controller for V5

It's about time they came out with "Midi for Dummies". All the midi books I've found are either for total idiots or advanced geniuses. It's like math book would either be like 1+1=2 or calculus. No inbetween.

Subject: [CWSG] midi controller for V5
I bought a used V5 for base tones for pedalboard. Haven't set it up
yet, can't afford the pedalboard yet. But I would like to buy an
inexpensive (read-cheap) basic keyboard controller so i can get to
hear the great sound of that I've been hearing about. Does anyone
have any suggestions for which one I could use? Since this is the
first midi I'm going to set up I'm thinking I just need a midi cable
along with the 1/4" jacks plus the bord and the V5. Am I missing
anything? Thanks in advance. (Has the book "Midi for Dummies" been
written yet?)
