Subject:Re: Getting the Barbetta "growl"
I agree with David Hagler! A little over a year ago I took his
advise and got the Mackie SRM450, yesterday I just got another
one! This cabinet can handle just about every signal I send
through it. Right now I working on a bunch of hard fusion music
for an outdoor show and the Mackie is handling the output from
the Motif 8, S-90 and PC-2 all tweeked with some weird wah's
and envelopes. We are playing "Black Market" by Weather
Report "Huhai" by Jan Garbarek, "4 A.M." by Herbie Hancock,
"Valdez In The Country" by Donnie Hathaway and some others.
For more info go to www.powellfest.com. Our concert is Sunday,
June 15th at the Maude Powell Music Festival in Laslle-Puru
Illinois.
