Diversi uses the Voce Inc. Voce 5 tone generator, with the Voce
Leslie simulator. It's not related to Wersi or Native Instruments.

Wersi has been producing organ kits in Germany for a good 20 years or
more. They make organs that include stops and draw-bars, but these
organs reportedly do not sound like Hammonds. The Blue Chip OX7
reportedly uses Wersi technology (the OX7 is a tone module with
drawbars like the Voce 5.

Native Instrument is also German, but other than that I do not
believe they have any connection to Wersi. Native Instrument makes
software only instruments, not hardware like Wersi.
