Subject:Tony and Joey

I just got Tony Monaco's new instructional DVD and the CD with Joey
Defrancesco and both trios. The CD is hotter than hot, and a lot of
fun. The organ sound is right there. Highly recommended by me. The
DVD's production values are a little rough, but the information is
there - a lot of tips for playing and a live session with his trio
that really shows how it's done. I would have liked to see overhead
shots of the keyboards, but maybe next time. I'll certainly look
forward to the next installment.
