Subject:Giving Help...Opinions

Opinions wanted. Let's say someone asks for help...
someone starts giving it but receives no reply from seeker. It seems to me that the seeker again may want some help at another time. Then they may not get a reply again. Question for all. SHOULD THEY GET A REPLY THE SECOND TIME? Would like comments on this.
