I share your quest. I thought the Cohen video was worthwhile. It
covers pretty basic bluesy organ technique. Tony Monaco
(http://www.tonymonaco.com) has a couple of videos, available together
on one DVD. They concentrate on jazz organ. I also learned some good
things from playing the exercises in Funky Organ Grooves (Andrew Gordon
- www.adgproductions.com). It's a book/CD combination. And there are
some good organ charts/scores plus tons of helpful information on
http://www.jazztet.de (Holger is on the list, I think -- thanks for a
great site...). And then there is the Amazing Hammond Solos site -
