Subject:St. Augustine in Hell

> 2)St. Augustine in Hell by Sting (10 Summeners Songs album--spelling
suspect.) OMG, listen to that growl and power of the Hammond throughout the
entire song. I'd kill for exactly that sound. And the solo--not all that
technically difficult, just tasteful and perfect for the tune. Those
descending whole note or augmented triad chords played over Eb13 get me
close to orgasm. Who is that player?

Funnily enough, it's a player that's been discussed recently (and one of our
friendly moderator's favourites): David Sancious (if this has been answered
already, my apologies... I'm on the Digest version of the list ).

The album in question is "Ten Summoner's Tales" (a take-off on Sting's real
name, Gordon Sumner). Full details can be found here:

inquiries... a fabulous site!)
