Easy answer, just throw that piece of junk away and get a CX3... (oops!
I may have started a flame!) Just kidding all. But seriously, it's been
a long time since I have heard of so many people with problems from a
single instrument as with the Electro. Reminds me of when a lighting
company called "Colortran" shipped out a new computerized lighting
console in the 80's that used to arrive with parts rattling around in
the case. Could Nord be experiencing the same manufacturing problems?

I want to ask the list about some issues i'm having with my
Electro and what I can expect in terms of customer service. I bought it
in a local store here in the (San Francisco) Bay area and it is still
under warranty. I recently had a key die. I have also had it lock up
when doing jazz gigs and going for the full organ Count Basie horn
section thing as well as occasional other weird little bugs. Also, I
have noticed something rattling inside - which really worries me.
