There is company that specializes in replacement LCD called Telesisgear.
telesisgear@earthlink.net check them out. I don't know if it will help you
in Germany though.

With all that talk about the realpiano expander I couldn't resist when a
realpiano with a partly defect display was offered on german ebay. It
sounds
great, but would look better with a functional display. The service here

germany says it's no more available and that other 16x2 LCD modules
where to big to fit in the module. Too early to give up.

If anyone is looking for it: The manual can be found at
www.af.lu.se/~fogwall/jpg/rpexp.pdf, the trick to reset the whole thing is
to
the keep mode button pressed when turning it on. Then you have to step
through a lot of tests using the mode-button, after the last test unit
resets.

Does anyone have the specifications for the special damper pedal?
