Are the tiers on that stand adjustable for angle and depth? I went to the company's website (http://www.lmproducts.com/standtastic.html), and the description of the stand itself doesn't mention that the tiers are adjustable. The optional tiers (#100TK) are described as adjustable this way. It would be odd if the "stock" tiers were not adjustable, but stranger things have happened. Are they both adjustable for height too, both overall and relative to each other? I like the second tier keyboard to be very close to the lower one. I'm using an Ultimate ICQ3000 right now, which I love for its stability, but removing the second tier supports to get the stand to fold flat is a small pain, and only adds to setup time. The "30 second setup" for the Standtastic 122 is definitely of interest, if true. Musiciansfriend is selling it with what the company's web site calls the "optional" padded carrying bag (#500GB)?
