It looks like this is just a way of putting audio into your computer via the USB port, it is not a sound card (or so it seems!) and so you will not get any better latency than you are getting now. Much better you look at the Edirol UA20, this will allow you to use ASIO and WDM drivers as well as being a sound card it also conects your midi keyboard through the same unit.

Deke seems to be the B4 king so I bet he can give you better advice.
