I'd like to say they're "loose", as opposed to sloppy.
I doubt that Chuck Leavell would be playing with them
only for the money!

As for Bill Wyman, he quit amicably a few years ago.
He said it was getting to be too much for him, and he
wanted an easier life.

I totally disagree with the comments made about
Charlie Watts, Ringo and Nick Mason. Perhaps Charlie
Watts plays in that style (lifting his hand off the
hi-hat when he hits the snare) because he *wants to*.
I also doubt that Mick & co keep him "along for the
ride".
