Chuck Levell's B3 was midi by Keyboard Specialists. His rock piano style is featured in the current keyboard magazine.
IMHO, the sound quality of the mix of the Stones telecast was extremely bad, in addition to the less than stellar playing. I turned it off very early.
The Chester Thompson and Chuck Levell threads prompts me to ask, "Is incredible rhythmic hand independence a matter of dedicated practice or are there innate differences? Are there any shortcuts?--I'm getting better, but not fast enough." I can pick out the correct chords faster by ear than a lot of players with much better chops...but what good is that when I'm such a spaz?
