Hey Linda...
Progressive rock is the Shizzy~! I keep trying to
start a prog rock band here, but honestly, you can't
find anyone interested in doing it. The ones you can
find want to do it ala Dream Theatre, and while those
guys are pretty cool and talented, I prefer the
English version (post-Canterbury), with lush vocal
harmonies and musical textures (yes, genesis, tull).
Congrats to you on being able to find good players
with a desire to play like that! (even if I am a
little jealous!)
