how hard is it to maintain (pro-3t & low pro)? i am thinking of getting one.

I've tried many ways to avoid using my low rotor so that I can just
use a simulation (both Pro-3T bass simulation, VK-7 bass rotor
simulation and others) as it is heavy, needs a lot of maintenance,
and I can't put other keyboards through it.
