Practically identical in sound quality and latency. Like I have said before, if you already own a MIDI interface for your laptop, the Echo Indigo is probably the way to go. It is likely that I will never use the 4 inputs on the Quattro, but just as likely that I will use all four outputs (with the help of AudioMulch). If multiple inputs / outputs aren't of great importance to you, buy the Indigo. BTW, Chuck... I think we can help out the situation with the jack on the Indigo.
