Subject:FC-7 and the CX-3

I've set up my CX-3 with the expression knob disabled (using the
option to do that in the V. 2 software), so that the FC-7 pedal
controls that function entirely. When I turn on the keyboard and
amp, no matter what setting the pedal is at, I get a blast of
volume, as if the pedal were at the maximum. I can overcome this by
turning on the organ, flooring the pedal, bringing it back to a
moderate volume, and then starting to play. After that, it works
perfectly.

Anyone know whether this is a bug in the Version 2 software, and
whether there is a way to eliminate this?
