Subject:Re: FS-9H footswitch

I have the 2101/2121 only two days. I am using a new Korg BX-3. I have the
set up in a small room. The noise seems to be just from the fan on the
stationery unit, and the rotary speakers spinning. Not much at all compared
to the amp I was using before this.

I can't control the Leslie through the switches on the BX-3. I'm connected
using Line In (1/4" jack) into the 2101. There is noise if I use the Leslie
sim on the BX-3. I actually like the combined sound sometimes, even though
it's imitation leslie laid over real leslie. Don't know how the whole thing
compares to the 122 or 145 sound.

I did not try a midi cable with it, so I don't know which functions I can
control from the organ. I noticed that the volume knob on Input 2 of the
stationery unit doesn't do anything at all when the unit is cabled to the
rotary unit. Only the Input 3 volume knob works with this set up. Is it
the same for you?

The FS-9H switch is supposed to control slow, fast and stop. Press for
slow, press for fast, press and hold for 1 second for stop. Do you know of
any other switches that work the same way? I would appreciate the Euro
sites information, because I may order it from there.

Thanks, and welcome to the group!
