I use an Ultra bench-like seat from Kaman. It's an X-stand like contraption with a nice, thick padded cushion. YMMV, but I liked mine enough to buy a second one for my lab bench. Both seats get long workouts on occasion; sometimes, the lab bench is used for 6-8 hours at a time.
