OK, I got the picture. In my premature info gathering stages it is looking more and more likely that if I were to produce something it would be simply a drawbar controller. I know everybody has different tastes, and I would hate for sales to suffer for the sake of the key choice. We CloneWheelers (myself included) are definitely a picky bunch. I just doubt I could make us all happy with waterfalls for $500 or so. If you guys expected any kind of warranty with it (I would expect one if I were buying it), I would first of all have to sell one a week for several months to sustain even working on the project. Then I would have to make enough to cover warranty repairs and still make a profit. But I bet I could put out a 9 drawbar unit for under $200... we'll see. According to the bids on eBay, a single 9 drawbar unit is worth over $500 to quite a few people. If I were able to produce a drawbar unit with two sets of nine for $500 how many of you would buy it? Assuming I could program the chip to send whatever MIDI instructions you needed according to clone or software...
