Subject:Inverting faders into drawbars for B-4

Question:

How do I translate fader action to drawbar action ?

Specifically, I want the B-4 to receive (127-N) where N is what the fader
transmits, so that when the fader is pulled towards me at zero the drawbar
reads 8, and when it's at 127, the drawbar reads zero.

This would be useful for MIDIMAN, Evolution and Edirol keyboards with faders,
as well as the Doepfer pocket fader.

It looks like MidiOX or Bome's can do it, but is there anyone that's already
figured out the specifics ? (I guess I've got the evening to figure it out
myself, but it's worth asking ....)
