That was simply in reference to having a smaller rig. I *LOVE* the Quattro... and yes it's partly because it's an all-in-one box. Things I would change on the Quattro? Two MIDI inputs instead of one... would save a few bucks on a merger, and increase perceived value. The IC chip is already in there, so it's probably as simple as adding one more MIDI connector and the appropriate traces on the PCB. I am unaware of a rack mount kit for the Quattro, but that would be nice as well since I'm considering going 100% rack based in the near future.

Incidentally I am going to mount the laptop in the slant space usually reserved for a mixer. I remember Tony and a few others had mentioned recommended single or double space rack mount mixers... care to refresh my memory guys?
