Subject:Bad supplier: CAESOUND
I urge everyone to use caution when dealing with CAESOUND.
Peter, from CAESOUND is refusing to refund me $80 for replacement
keys citing a no-refund/exchange policy. My problem is that I
explicitly asked him to check the cross-reference of the keys (that
is, make sure they fit on the keyboard).
I hate getting burned-- but it makes me appreciate those who provide
good service.
