Greg is there, but in more of a consultant role than anything
else. He is listed as "Chairman Emuritis" on the board of directors,
but (apparently) has no say in the actual management of the company.

It was discussed at length on the rec.audio.pro newsgroup and
prosoundweb and it appears that they got into a cash flow problem and
sold out. (There had been previous announcements that they were
laying off much of their US workforce and moving nearly all production
to China)
