Hey List,
I generally use pitchbend on synth sounds. Sometimes I'd like the
sweep to be more than a whole step drop, but that is a programming
thing that is system wide on my unit and is sometimes undesirable. But
generally two hands are working during organ clone time and the
pitchbend becomes a distant second thought to the music being rendered.
But not opposed to it. I imagine that Bach would have used
pitchbending on the pianoforte if it was available. Restringing and
tuning at intermission would be....well, Bach would have toured with
two instruments. I can hear the headlines from the town crier... "
Popular Composer destroys Pianoforte with Flagrant Pitchbending"
Ouch.
