Yeah, I'm not trashing anyone's point of view per se... I was just thinking
that it really should be a programmable parameter. It seems like the Electro
in all it's glory has this kind of one way to do it thinking behind many of
it's design decisions (maybe because the programmers were up against a wall
with a ship date?). BTW, I work for a software publishing company and I can
totally understand this line of thought... "Let's just work out the current
bugs... we are in a code freeze... no more feature enhancements until the
next service pack", etc.
