I guess it's the old acoustic purist in me. My S08 has a lot of
volume range depending on your key striking. I would think (I could
be completely wrong!) that within a song, you could set a maximum
volume and then play softly when necessary for the soft parts. Of
course, the S08 is designed to fulfill one's needs for a digital 88-
key PIANO, and the Electro is designed (from what I've read here)
with acoustic piano as an afterthought. So yes, it would be
advantageous to have volume pedal control on all the Electro modes.

P.S.: I hope I get to play an Electro sometime. I'm really warming to
the idea of a lightweight, RED portable with damn good (to my ears)
Hammond sounds.
