Subject:Missing Electro notes solved!

Hi,

I've been playing synths since 1973 starting with an ARP Oddessey and I
thought I saw everything. I couldn't understand why the Electro rack would not
play all of the 73 keys on my 73 note controller. After all....Electro makes a
73 note Electro.
The standard "around the world" key range for a 61 note keyboard is Low C to
high C. Nord does this. The standard " around the world" key range for a 73
note keyboard is low E to high G, Guess what! Electros's 73 note goes from low
F to high F hence the missing 2 notes on top that don't play and the 1 on the
bottom. Its no big deal but frankly to me it was a challenge to fiqure out
why. After all, they sampled a 73 note Rhodes. I don't remember off hand what
the key range of the Rhodes was now. Anyway....

out this stupid, 73 note take for granted question.

BTW, IMHO, the Electro is now one of my top 3 favorite insterments of the last
30 years of buying professional keyboards. It's GREAT!!
