I don't use any reverb either except for just a touch for acoustic
piano, plus I boost the sympathetic resonance for the piano during
slow ballads, and use a lot of sustain pedal. For both piano and
Hammond, for me a little reverb goes a LONG way. Too much just
makes it sound muddy.

In Procol Harem's WSOP, wasn't the "reverb" really the echoes in the
stone church they recorded it in?
