I have a KC300 and i find that even at moderate volume it makes a
horrible, unmusical, 'flapping' sound when you give it a some bass
end. I thought at first that it was a loose grill but iv'e tried
holding the grill and it still does it. I think it's most likely poor
quality speakers as fitted by Roland. My guess is that the only way
to make this amp even semi useful with an organ is to replace the
stock speaker. It sounds ok with a piano/synth thru it, but my CX3
sounds dreadful through this amp, very harsh and solid state and this
awful sound renders it virtually useless for live work. You can
reduce the problem by turning the bass right down but that's not a
solution that's a compromise.
