Hi,
I think B3 or not, what's important is how the sound makes you feel and
blends in with the other instruments. I like Ray's sound with the Doors.
However he doesn't always use the same sound. Listen to "Changeling" on "LA
Woman", he sounds GREAT on a C3/Leslie rig. A good musician should not box
himself in. I don't think Hammond is for everything. It gets played out too.
