Same here...for the first time in....that I can remember, I'll actually be at home New Years Eve....oh wait, I was home last year too (A show at the Field Museum was cancelled due to logistics, and we each got $800 to stay home!!!! Why couldn't we find that gig this year?).

With our Cd party over the weekend, we didn't want to dilute the draw by playing tonite; that added with being gone for the last 3 weeks, the incentive was strong to stay home. However, we leave tomorrow for Denver (Fri/Sat nite at the Soiled Dove with another great band from Chicago MR BLOTTO...check it out if you're in Denver!). The Rig:
