Very true, leaving aside Hush and Kentucky Woman, neither of which were originals. Yeah, that 3rd album had lousy sales but I still loved it. It blew me away at the time. Which isn't to say I stopped being a DP fan when the better-known lineup with Ian Gillan took over.

And while we're reminiscing, take a look at this ticket stub from a 1971 concert at the old Felt Forum in NYC. Prices sure have changed!
