i don't understand the confusion on the voltages. unless your dealer in
Europe is selling US voltage designated units then they should be whatever Europe's
normal voltage is if its 220 volts. Also there should be a tag on the unit
that states the voltage. I don't know if these borads come in auto volt which
would then look like this 117~220 meaning no matter what you plug the unit into
from 110/117/120 up to 220 it should adjust itself. if not the dealer should
definitely know what voltage the boards are. a step down transformer from 220
down to 120 would be the device needed in case ithe voltage is 220 and the unit
is 117/120. if not, plug the unit into a known 110/120 outlet, if it doesn't
work. then its a 220 unit. unless its a japan model which would then be 100
volts. in which case you'd need a step down transformer from 220 down to 100
volts and if the Europe normal voltage is 117/120, then you'd need a special step
down transformer from 117/120 to 100 volts for the japan model.
