OK, here it goes...

I agree 100% with Bob. The reason why I perform with a CX3 is because of
the user interface. The CX3 layout is very similar to the B3's I have
been playing for 35 years. I too switch the Leslie on and off many times
during a song, which necessitates the switch on the left (like on all my
B3's). Same for manipulating the drawbars, vibrato/chorus controls,
percussion controls, etc...

With a Speakeasy and a good sound system, I believe that the sounds of
the Electro and CX3 are indistinguishable, however, musical performance
is greatly dependent on not only the sound, but the INSTRUMENT. Why
compromise with a whacky user interface of the Electro when you can have
a logical one like the Korg? Unless one just wants to be different. I
guess that is why people choose Flying V's instead of Les Pauls... Gotta
be different....
