Jake.....That's FANTASTIC!
Now, here's what I did to mine.
I figured that the 8' Diapason on the Upper was a bit of a waste, so I disconnected that and hooked up the 6-2/5 flute to the "Diapason" tone lever. (The 6-2/5 goes to the chimes). I'll have a look around, I think I kept the service manual to it. The 6-2/5 comes at no cost and you can use it in the top couple of octaves with 16.8.& 5-1/3 (whatever). You will also get a Hammond-like key click from all the flutes on both manuals so long as the Upper and Lower Sustains are OFF. I also wanted more variety of 16' stops on the Upper, so I re-wired the 4' String to a 16'. Very easy, just locate the card for the 4' String, de-solder the wire going to the 4' bus and move it to the 16' bus (I think it is on the same board).
The keyboards on that model have an excellent touch and the organ is capable of 11 note polyphony. If you use the same stops on both manuals and play the same notes, you will notice a slight 'chorusing'. I was about to put a Lower to Upper coupler on one of mine to get some nice 'chorus' effects but I sold it and bought the next model, the E45. Food for thought anyway.
You will probably find the wax coated caps on the amps will need replacing by now. (There are either 2 or 4 I forget, but it won't cost anything to speak of). They are approximately in the centre near the back of the organ. You've got yourself a really good instrument. $95! can't believe it.
I added a Leslie kit to mine and I at different times I could run either a 720 or two 315's from it.
