Subject:Re: Motion Sound/Speakeasy
Hey Group,
There are several ways that I looked at this situation.
A) The separates are stacked a little taller and a little heavier, but
the same footprint.
B) If I really am caught for space in practice or gigtime, I can
operate just the Pro 3T with the synthed low rotor into the piano/other
sounds amp.
C) The idea of schlepping one big box, instead of two parts is more
daunting and potentially for troublesome for loading and carrying
downstairs/up stairs by one person.
Currently I am not using the built in 3Tm mic so that is not a factor.
Sure I would like the latest greatest in gear, the MS 145 or maybe a
Road Leslie from Steve at Speakeasy would have been the next on the $$$
scale but Santa's flight weight log already shows a tendency toward
overlimit.
I chose to venture more carefully into the land of the rotating. The
joke in the band is that "We pay a lot to play" NOT that we get paid
alot to play. I want to be able to show up.
The decision on MS 145 or MS short stack is based on my time, space
and energy resources.
