Subject:doepfer pocket fader question

For those of you using one of these units as drawbars, since the range
isn't invertible, is there any reason why the box can't just be used
upside-down (front-to-back) in order to get the "pull" drawbar effect
rather than "push"? I'm assuming the only real problem will be that
the MIDI and power cords will be sticking out the "front" now if I
have it sitting on top of a keyboard, but I figure I can keep them out
of the way by taping the cords along the sides of the box.
