Subject:Small quibble with Roland clones

All this talk about the VK-8M makes we want to go out and get one.

However, Roland still seems to be in the dark ages with its clones.

Hammond introduced selectable vibrato on both manuals with the -2
series consoles in 1949, 6 years before even the B-3 came out.

Clearly Hammond realised selectable chorus/vibrato was an important
enough feature to rename the organ from BV to B-2.

When I'm playing I pretty much have C3 setting on the lower manual all
the time, but switch chorus on and off on the upper manual depending
on the effect I'm trying to create. I'm sure I'm not alone.

How come Roland haven't cottoned on yet (54 years later) ?
