Subject:Re: B4 setup
After futzing with it a bit, I also now have it going directly from the SB Live soundcard to the amps, using the 2nd speaker out jack. Wow, talk about a hot signal - no tube pre-amp needed here! It's actually hotter than my Alesis QuadraSynth. Latency is around 6-7 ms, which feels pretty good to me.
I'm keeping the Behringer pre-amp tho, probably will by a 2nd one so I can use them in a stereo recording situation with other gear.
I've already sold my Peavey amp, and I have a guy interested in my Motion Sound KBR-M. I've already bought one Behringer KX-1200 amp, and may buy another tomorrow. I really like the idea of running in stereo, but can't afford a pair of Mackie 450s yet. The Behringers seem to be a nice compromise. I'll find out more in a live party situation tomorrow :-)

At this point ALL of my sounds come from the PC, so im not using a
mixer or anything. Im hooked up right from sound cards 1/8th stereo
jack right to my Peavey KB300 using a 1/8th stereo to L/R 1/4
adapter. I dont have the live drive.
