I agree with everything Rick just wrote. I love my Barbetta SE41c, but I
also make sure it always travels in it's Anvil case because there are more
durable amps made than a Barbetta. Still I've never had any trouble with
mine (which is the latest version), and that's attributable to Tony Barbetta
addressing some major problems with earlier versions. I also like the
Leslie sim in my CX-3, so one really good 'stationary' combo amp works for
me. And if you can afford it, I think it would be really hard to beat a
pair of 41c's for stereo lushness (but this might also induce your guitar
player to bring along his extra Marshall stack so he could keep up).
