If you run B4 as a VST or DirectX instrument in a host application,
you can send its output to a reverb VST effect. The one I use is a
free one called FreeverbToo:

There are many VST host apps that you can use, including Plogue
Bidule, AudioMulch, forte, FruityLoops, Orion and Cakewalk. Check
out

for more info.
