thanks brian, thing is, i can't try it b/c it's on ebay - DOH! What i'm
really worried about it whether that sucker would survive the commute from
califlornia to nj. She sure is beat up, but i don't mind that so much.
Thanks for your advice. Seems for every two or three that prefer the newer
one, one person digs the old stuff more. Speaking of shrillness, i know that
if you're on this list, have gotta to have heard about the v2 upgrade with a
mellow setting to take care of just this prob. thanks again! brian
