That sounds like the B4 leslie with bass and treble acceleration set
to 12:00 - I always turn the treble down to 11:00 and the bass to
around 10:00 to get more realistic ramp up and down speeds. To me,
one of the coolest things about the leslie effect is the transition
between fast and slow, and is one of the first things I listen for in
a sim.
