Subject:So I have some rough cuts up and running.

So I have some rough cuts up and running.

2 public folders; one is with my Hippy Band, 7th
Direction, - all Nord Electro through SpeakEasy
classic into the board. We did this tonight (last
night) and had to be content just walking away with a
rough 2 track mix. None of the musicians were allowed
to even tough the board (hate woroking with students,
unless there are mine).

The other is my blues band, Big City, All done on my
Franken B-3 and Leslie 145 and my FP-8.

My other band, The Boobies, is still working on
getting some stuff ready for prime time.

All these tracks are projects and demos and all are
copywrited (most are covers and so by the artist that
wrote them).

The 7th Direction track “Hurricane” has lots of bad
digital glitches in the first 20 seconds, this was on
the master from Expressions Center for New Media (Hate
working with students but the price is right) The bad
track would not even play on my CD players but I was
able (after lots of tweaking and trying the same
things over and over) to extract the track to wave and
at least burn it and rip it to MP3. Only worth the
download to you Nord Clav lovers. All nord – no
Leslie. Not bad after you get through the first 20
seconds.
