Subject:A small request for everyone
Folks,
I'm really enjoying all the vigorous discussion lately. Everyone is
really sounding off on a number of topics. I did not get to read the
messages from today until this evening and I saw more new messages
than I've seen in a LONG time!
On that note, I would like to request that we try to keep the Subject
line related to the topic and if you are switching gears, go ahead
and update the subject line to reflect this. There are a lot of
the "...Carvin OT OT OT..." posts that have other nuggets embedded
and it is hard to tell from the "OT" subject line whether there's
some clone content in there or not. The discussion of members' age,
influences and rigs also cropped up somewhere between Carvin and
Flavors of Ice Cream.
While I believe the Carvin discussions have exhausted themselves, the
messages about age, gear and influences are very viable topics as it
allows us to all get to know one another better. Keep it up, but try
to humor us moderators by updating the subject (or starting a new
message altogether) in order to keep the content organized. This
way, if a newer member posts a question, we don't have to weed
through dozens of seemingly OT posts to find their question.
Thanks for your time with this and keep the clone content flowing!
Regards,
Eric
